Privacy Policy
How we handle the information you send us when you ask for a quote, and what we do not do with it.

This notice explains what personal data Yueyi Precision Technology (Guangdong) Co., Ltd. collects through yueyicnc.com, why we collect it, how long we keep it, and the choices you have. It is written for the buyers, engineers and managers who contact us about manufacturing work.
Who we are
The controller of the data described here is Yueyi Precision Technology (Guangdong) Co., Ltd., No. 12 Liansha Road, Dalang Town, Dongguan, Guangdong 523770, China. What we collect
Information you give us
When you submit the quote form, request a DFM review, or email us directly, we receive:
- your name, business email address, company name, country and telephone number;
- the message you write, including target quantities, deadlines and any specification you paste in;
- the files you attach — STEP, STP, IGES, DXF, PDF drawings or photos of a part, up to 20 MB per submission.
If you send us drawings under an NDA, tell us at the point of contact and we will counter-sign your agreement before any file is opened by our engineering team.
Information collected automatically
Our web server records the IP address, browser and device type, the page that referred you, the pages you open and the time of the visit. This is used to keep the site available and to understand, in aggregate, which pages engineers actually read. Analytics cookies are only set after you accept them — see the Cookie Policy.
What we do not collect
We do not buy contact lists, we do not run advertising or retargeting pixels on this site, and we do not ask for payment card details through any form here.

Who we share it with
Your data is seen by the people who need it to answer you: sales engineering, the quality team, and the production planner for your part. Outside the company it is shared only with service providers acting on our instructions:
- our hosting and content delivery provider, which stores the site and its logs;
- our business email provider, which delivers and archives correspondence;
- Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager, and only after you accept analytics cookies;
- our accountant and, where a shipment requires it, the freight forwarder and customs broker;
- a public authority, where the law obliges us to respond.
We do not sell personal data, we do not rent it, and we do not pass it to advertising networks. We do not use your drawings to make parts for anyone else.
International transfers
We are based in China, so a quote request reaches our team in Dongguan. Some providers above process data in the European Union, the United Kingdom, the United States or Singapore. Where data leaves the EEA or the UK we rely on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses, together with encryption in transit.
How long we keep it
- Quote requests that do not become orders: 24 months, so we can pick up the thread when the project is funded.
- Customer order, inspection and shipping records: 7 years, because ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 traceability and tax rules require it.
- CAD files and drawings: kept with the order record; deleted earlier on your written request once the order is closed.
- Analytics data: 14 months in Google Analytics 4.
Your rights
Subject to the law where you live, you can ask us to:
- confirm what personal data we hold about you and give you a copy;
- correct data that is wrong or incomplete;
- delete data we no longer need for a legal or contractual purpose;
- restrict or object to processing based on our legitimate interests;
- receive your data in a portable format;
- withdraw consent for analytics at any time — the choice takes effect on your next page view.
Email Jayzhou@yueyicnc.com with the request; we reply within 30 days. If you are in the EEA or the UK and are not satisfied with our answer, you may complain to your national data protection authority. If you are a California resident, you have the rights to know, delete, correct and opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information — we do not sell or share it as those terms are defined by the CCPA.
Security
The site runs over TLS. Access to quote files is limited to the engineers assigned to your inquiry, and our quality system (ISO 9001:2015, ISO 13485:2016) covers how documents are controlled, backed up and destroyed. If a breach ever affects your data, we will notify you and the competent authority without undue delay.
Children
This is a business-to-business site for manufacturing services. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.
Changes to this notice
When the way we handle data changes, this page is updated and the date at the top changes with it. Material changes are also noted in the site footer for 30 days.
