We are used to being audited — and we do not tidy up for it
Most of our customers send a quality engineer to the plant before the first order. They usually start in the sample room, where the two machines that will run their part are already set up with their programme.
You see the actual machine, the actual fixtures and the actual inspection sheet. If a process is subcontracted, we tell you which one and take you there.

Thin-wall aluminium plate that warped after anodising. Re-sequenced machining and stress relief brought it back in spec.

The five questions buyers actually ask
What if the parts don't match my drawing?
If a dimensional or cosmetic non-conformity is caused by us, we remake the parts at our cost or refund the order in full. Every claim is reviewed against the inspection report that ships with the parts, so there is no argument about what the drawing required.
How fast will I get a quote — and how fast the parts?
Quotes go out within 24 hours on working days for complete RFQs (3D model, 2D drawing, material, quantity, finish). Standard lead time is 7–12 working days after drawing approval; prototypes can be as fast as 5 days.
Is there a minimum order quantity or tooling fee?
No MOQ. One part is fine. There is a one-time setup cost on first orders, which is quoted separately and drops to zero on repeat orders of the same part number.
How do you protect our drawings?
Sign an NDA before you send anything — ours or yours. Files go through an encrypted portal, are visible only to the project engineer and QC lead, and are deleted 90 days after project close on request.
Who handles shipping, duty and Incoterms?
We ship EXW, FOB Shenzhen or DDP to your door — your call. For DDP we quote duty and freight upfront so the landed cost is known before you place the order.
